I'm an Accredited Practising Dietitian (APD) with over 8 years of experience in private practice and the sports nutrition industry. My approach is grounded in the latest evidence and guided by genuine curiosity about each person's goals, challenges, and lifestyle.

What sets me apart is lived experience. Having competed in soccer at an elite level for many years, I understand the physical and psychological demands of sport from the inside. But I also believe deeply that everyone deserves expert nutrition support — whether you're training five days a week or simply trying to eat better for your health.

I take a non-diet, whole-person approach, working collaboratively to build habits that last — not quick fixes that don't.
